Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.JOB DESCRIPTIONEvaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.- Inspect and maintain the performance of all mechanical equipment supported in the manufacturing process at a plant-Determining problems in manufacturing that create production issues and find and implement solutions for those problems- Perform cost-benefit evaluations for new manufacturing processes-Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.-Researching and developing new processes, equipment, and products.-Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.-Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.-Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports.Must Have* Technical Baby Care Premium Knowledge and Loss Elimination * Premium product quality Knowledge * Digital manufacturing tools (Veeva, BadBoih, SAP, Qview, Augury). * Self motivated individual, strong organizational and priority setting skills. * Strong communication & training skills.
